Immortal King setJust like any other magic, rare, unique, etc.the set items drop randomly. There are tons of long equations to figure out which monsters/bosses/difficulties drop what items.

Several pieces of the immortal king set are pretty easy to find by doing Meph runs in hell. The hammer, gloves, boots, and helm I thinkThe armor I believe is the most difficult to come by.Running Shenk, Eldrich, Pindle in hell can drop any of the immortal pieces for certain, but the chances of one dropping are pretty rare. Your best bet would be to save up perfect gems, mid to high runes, other rare/set/unique items and try to trade.I have a couple immortal king pieces and would part with them cheap. Hope it helps.

Barbarian build for endgame and speed farming, based around Hammer of the Ancients with the Immortal King or Raekor sets.Updated for Patch 2.6.5 and Season 17.

I think whenever you do magic-find runs you shouldn't focus on specific items; the chance is just too small that exactly they drop. Instead, do whatever runs you feel comfortable with in Hell (Andy / Mephisto / Baal&WSK / Pit / etc.), and pick up all the flawless gems and any runes from Amn upwards.Next, start trading for the IK items. The gloves, belt, boots and weapon you can get for 1-3 Perfect Gems each, or any tradable item.

The helm is probably about 5 PGems. The Armor is most expensive. Smackfoo mentions an Um but it's closer to a Mal I think (Europe realm). But even this is easy to get if you have a bit of patience. Trade your PGems up to Pul runes and once you have 3 Puls try to trade them for the armor. Or if you're lucky enough to get a good Hellforge drop or find an expensive item, you can immediately get the armor.
